Wayne Jackson, Lead Pastor

Born in Chicago, IL, born again in San Diego, CA, married in Lake Charles, LA and now for the past 20 years serving the Genesis Church family in Pittsburgh PA.  Married 28 years to Rhonda.  They have three children Toni Elizabeth, Stephen, and Aaron.


Randy Horst, Children’s Pastor

Pastor Randy has been with our fellowship for 15 years and all that while he has never grown up!  Randy’s ministry to our children is creative, unique, loving, secure and solid.  Randy has visited nearly 30 countries in mission and ministry to children.  He is a puppeteer, balloon animal specialist, game guru and expert depositor of Bible truths into young hearts and minds.



Justin Driscoll, Executive Pastor

Home-grown, Justin came to Christ at the Genesis Church campus outreach to Robert Morris University.   Justin advances the mission of Genesis in ministry administration of Small Groups, College, Youth, and speaking. Justin has a Masters of Divinity from Regent University and a Marketing Degree from Robert Morris University.  Additionally, he is a licensed minister within the Assemblies of God. Justin is married to Susie.  They have three children, Noah, Katelyn and Andrew.


Dave Odrey

Dave has served as liaison and pastor to the residents of the Coraopolis Towers for over five years now. Services are held in The Towers meeting room every Sunday Morning at 10am.

David also coordinates Genesis’ participation in ministry to the inmates of the Beaver County Jail.  David is married to Debbie.  They have two grown children, Jill and Amy and two grandchildren, Cameron and Revin.



Charzzi White, Christian Education Director

As Christian Education Director, I have the privilege of developing disciples at Genesis Church.  From the Nursery to our Adult opportunities growth in Christ is a priority!  So this ministry serves to do just that; raise up believers to become leaders, teachers and happy, obedient followers of Jesus who use their gifts and talents to build up and bless others.   Come! and “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior.”
